Job Profile-
- Involved in developing new pastry, bakery and chocolate products
- To develop and standardizing new recipes and menus
- Documentation and costing of recipes
- Come up with new garnishing ideas for the pastry outlets keeping in line with the current market trend
- Preparing a wide variety of items such as cakes, pastries and chocolates by following classic and modern recipes
- Keeps abreast of the latest industry trends, developments and uses such information to offer guests the latest pastry, bakery and chocolate products available
- Hotel Management graduation, with minimum 12 - 15 years of experience.
- Preferably OCLD background / reputed hotel management institute
- Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, should be able manage team
- Should have ability in planning, organising, analytical, budgeting and cost control
- Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery technique
