About Company: Propelld is a new age lending startup focusing in the education market doing an annual INR 700cr disbursal, backed by WestBridge Capital (largest in Financial Services space - backers of Axis, HDFC, CIBIL, AU small finance bank, Sharechat, Mamaearth, etc), looking to grow 20x times in the next 3 years to an eventual IPO. Propelld is set to become one of the largest FinTechs in India over the next 3-4 yrs and hence growth and opportunities will be limitless at this role. Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and Bookkeeping: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. o Record and classify financial transactions appropriately. 2. Bank Reconciliation: o Reconcile bank statements with company accounts regularly. o Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. 3. Zoho Books Management: o Handle all financial entries in Zoho Books. o Generate reports and manage financial dashboards. 4. Invoice and Payment Management: o Prepare and issue invoices. o Track payments and manage accounts receivable and payable. 5. Compliance and Reporting: o Assist in tax filing and compliance activities. o Prepare periodic financial reports for management review. Key Skills and Qualifications:  Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.  Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting.  Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar financial software.  Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.  Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.  Good communication skills and ability
