Position Summary As the Head – Digital Transformation & Enterprise Solution for India, you will be responsible for driving Spearhead Technology's growth, operational excellence, and market presence in the region. This role involves blending technical expertise with business acumen to deliver exceptional value to clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, the ability to lead RFP responses, and experience engaging with Fortune 100 companies and government stakeholders. You will report directly to the global leadership team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the region's strategies with the company’s overall vision. Key Responsibilities 1.Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Align regional operations with Spearhead Technology’s global vision and objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A prospects.

• Leverage a strong technical background to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in areas like IoT, AI/ML, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee technical pre-sales activities, including solution design, feasibility studies, and proposal development.
• Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and client business objectives.

• Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs and RFIs for key clients in the region, ensuring competitive and technically sound proposals.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver high-quality responses that showcase the company’s expertise and value proposition.
• Manage client interactions during the RFP process, addressing technical and business queries effectively.

• Drive business development efforts, targeting large enterprises, government bodies, and strategic accounts.
• Represent Spearhead Technology in high-profile meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to their leadership teams.

• Establish robust operational frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable service delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement advanced technology solutions and optimize processes.
• Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and exceed client expectations.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team in India, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Work with HR to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding and retention.
• Guide department heads to align their efforts with the company’s strategic goals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 15+ years in leadership roles within IT consulting, technology services, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience with RFP management, technical proposal writing, and solution design.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with Fortune 100 companies and government clients.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including IoT, AI/ML, cloud computing, and blockchain.

• Exceptional technical and strategic planning skills.
• Expertise in managing RFP/RFI processes and developing compelling technical proposals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Indian business ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
