Job details
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
- Handling all banking related works.
- Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.
- Preparing profit and loss statements.
- Making payments through various modes like online transfer, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them.
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities.
- Handling and filling SST related.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
- Other ad hoc duties/ tasks/ projects as assigned by the management.
- Good analytical and organizing skills with strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin (optional).
- Years of experience: 3 - 5 years
- Proficient in managing accounting software.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes.
- Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics.
- Good team player, independent, meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work with tight deadlines.
