Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Caller . In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling appointments with clients, as well as acquiring necessary floor plans from various sources. This is a dual-function position that requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to coordinate appointments and acquire floor plans in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reach out to clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to schedule appointments for consultations, meetings, or services.
  2. Coordinate and confirm details of scheduled appointments, ensuring all parties are aligned on date, time, location, and any necessary preparation.
  3. Follow up with clients prior to scheduled appointments to confirm attendance or make adjustments as needed.
  4. Retrieve floor plans from clients (builder, interior designer, developer, etc.)
  5. Ensure that all retrieved floor plans include services the company offers.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to clarify details, or request additional information when necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to follow instructions. (Working from a script).
  2. Reliability! Attendance is critical.
  3. Computer proficient.
  4. Confident & Comfortable on the telephone.
  5. Team collaborator.
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google sheets.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in the real estate, construction, or design industry is a plus.
  2. Previous experience working with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
  3. Acquiring Bids/Obtaining Bid requests.
Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift (EST) Day shift, Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Salary: $4 per hour plus bonus Work Location: Remote The ideal candidate will have a high level of intelligence and is creative at finding solutions to accomplish tasks, the ability to adjust to various tasks, work environments, and responsibilities.
