Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Caller . In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling appointments with clients, as well as acquiring necessary floor plans from various sources. This is a dual-function position that requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and the ability to coordinate appointments and acquire floor plans in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to schedule appointments for consultations, meetings, or services.
- Coordinate and confirm details of scheduled appointments, ensuring all parties are aligned on date, time, location, and any necessary preparation.
- Follow up with clients prior to scheduled appointments to confirm attendance or make adjustments as needed.
- Retrieve floor plans from clients (builder, interior designer, developer, etc.)
- Ensure that all retrieved floor plans include services the company offers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify details, or request additional information when necessary.
- Ability to follow instructions. (Working from a script).
- Reliability! Attendance is critical.
- Computer proficient.
- Confident & Comfortable on the telephone.
- Team collaborator.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google sheets.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or design industry is a plus.
- Previous experience working with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
- Acquiring Bids/Obtaining Bid requests.
