French-speaking Inside Sales Executive (Hospitality)

Workster partners for an Inside Sales Executive with French, to join our client’s team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team. This is a hybrid role with 2-3x per week in office in Dublin. Your Qualifications
- Research and identify potential hosts for our client’s properties.
- Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media.
- Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability.
- Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential co-hosts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development.
- Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Skilled in researching and identifying potential co-hosts effectively.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs.
