Contract: 6 months Location: Eunos Job Purpose Reporting to Lead, Manpower Development, your main roles are to assist and support in the administrative matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assist in administrative work and data entry Assist in data, budgeting, tracking reports Assist in interview scheduling for new representatives’ allowance applications Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Support the Recruitment Managers on the month-to-month execution of the career seminar events that includes, but not limited to: Designing of the event EDM Sourcing of vendors Liaise with speakers and or vendors on set up requirements for the event Assist in planning of the event Any other duties as assigned Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Highlights any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Requirements Diploma Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a major advantage High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
