Job Title: US Staffing Technical Recruiter Location: Remote / Onsite (Flexible) Experience: 2-6 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within IT, Automotive, and Aerospace industries. This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and expertise in working with VMS/MSP environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT, Automotive, and Aerospace positions across North America.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed individual and team hiring targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions within IT, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in US Staffing, specifically recruiting for IT, Automotive, and Aerospace roles.
- Proven experience working with VMS and MSP clients.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and industry terminologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
