Allianz Polytechnic Apprenticeship Programme, Information Technology & Operations | IT & Tech Engineering | Apprenticeship / Dual Studies | n.a. | Allianz Singapore | Full-Time | Temporary Job Purpose Business Functions - Information Technology The Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company while fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. What you do Regional Ops IT Strategy • Working closely with all teams across Ops and IT, drafting of strategy slides, supporting Regional Ops IT Strategy Lead. Key deliverables include: • Supporting Planning and Strategic Dialogue by drafting and maintaining strategy slides. Regional IT Governance • Work with OEs to ensure timely data compilation for IT Governance, support them in addressing their queries with the help of necessary SME teams (in Group and Region), and drive them to execute on action plans to improve the KPIs. Regional IT Finance: • Support the Regional IT Finance Lead in maintaining IT Finance soundness across the countries. Rotations to three functions will provide a diverse learning opportunity, along with project work that will support cross-collaboration and further learning. What you bring Recent Diploma graduate from a Polytechnic in Singapore (less than two years after graduation) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong technical skills in IT knowledge and programming. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Enthusiasm to gain deeper insights into Ops and IT operations, with a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with flexibility to work on various tasks as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
