The Deals Financial Due Diligence team manages complex due diligence projects for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. In this role, you will oversee the financial analysis of target insurance companies, assess their financial health, and identify key risks and opportunities.Responsibilities:As a Financial Due Diligence Senior Manager dedicated to the Insurance Sector, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions in the insurance industryPrepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholdersIdentify key financial risks and opportunities related to performance and regulationsStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and financial reporting standards in KSA and the regionMonitor post-transaction integration and financial performanceEnsure compliance with regulations and financial standardsMentor junior team members in due diligence practices and industry knowledgeRequirements:8+ years of financial due diligence experience, with a focus on Insurance, preferably from a professional services firmStrong experience leading due diligence for complex transactionsExpertise in financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessmentSignificant buy-side, sell-side, and vendor due diligence experience in the insurance sectorIn-depth knowledge of insurance regulations, market dynamics, and IFRS17 (must-have)CPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification requiredProven ability to lead teams and manage complex projectsExperience in business development, including client lead maturation and closing dealsStrong client relationship-building skillsAbility to manage projects, take ownership, and deliver on timeExcellent communication, report writing, and presentation skillsProficient in data analytics, data cleansing, and data visualization toolsWillingness to travel 20-40% of the time, with frequent overnight staysWhy you’ll love PwC We’re inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
