Working Location: Tuas Salary: $2500 - $3700 (Based on Experience) Working Time: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday) Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm | Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm This company is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee automotive workshop operations for trucks and commercial vehicles, ensure high-quality repairs, and lead a skilled team in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Manage and guide a team of technicians. Ensure all repair work meets established standards. Troubleshoot technical problems using electronic diagnostic tools, identifying defects, necessary repair actions, and parts required for effective resolution. Provide accurate updates on repair status to the supervisor. Test drive vehicle after repair when necessary. Ensure all work carried out is in accordance with safety and housekeeping requirements. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor. Requirements: NITEC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in automotive electrical.
