Job details
Perform end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, negotiation to on-boarding of new hires. Partner with hiring managers to identify their business needs and requirements as well as to assess candidate’s suitability for the role. Review the effectiveness of our existing sourcing channels, and explore new sourcing channels in building our talent pools. Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately. Organize and participate in recruitment fairs as necessary. Any other duties or projects as assigned. Job requirements: At least a Diploma, A-Levels, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field. Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently. Able to handle a high volume of transactional work. Good understanding of common HR practices and employment-related legislation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word and Excel). Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset. Able to commence immediately. At least 5 years of recruitment/head hunting experience in the F&B industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
