Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program. Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments). Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions. Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion. Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation. Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule. Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements. Undertake additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents. Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
