Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Cash Management division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to originate new business opportunities and grow existing relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Analyze sales data and market research to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in cash management, transactional FX sales, or corporate banking relationship management. Proven track record of managing complex regional cash management deals in Asia Pacific. Ability to articulate high-quality presentations to clients and stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Global mindset with understanding of local nuances and regulatory landscape.
