About the job Customs Clearance Officer We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Arabic Customs Clearance (Warehouse/Logistics )Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh(based in Riyadh)Key Responsibilities: Import/Export Document Verification: Ensure all necessary documentation for imports and exports is accurate and compliant with regulations.Customs Clearance: Facilitate the customs clearance process for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery.Material Follow-up: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials as needed.Regulatory Affairs: Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.New Product Registration: Assist in the registration process for new products with relevant authorities, ensuring all documentation is complete.Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently.SASO/Saber Procedures: Ensure compliance with SASO and Saber procedures for product registration and importation.Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.Familiarity with SASO/Saber guidelines.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
