Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and systematic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the integrity and accuracy of maintenance documentation, contributing significantly to the success of our client Maintenance Projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Quality Assurance, Client Services), managing documentation workflows and deliverables, and much more. We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurate and aligns with client specifications,
  • Managing the delivery of all contractually required documents within agreed timelines,
  • Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments,
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives,
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation,
  • Continuously improving documentation processes and systems,
  • Adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance in all documentation practices,
  • Providing clear and concise communication with stakeholders regarding documentation status,
  • Supporting the project team in any audits or reviews related to maintenance documentation,
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices within the team for continuous learning and improvement

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field,
  • Experience or understanding of maintenance documentation processes,
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation standards and best practices,
  • Knowledge of contract requirement activities,
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail,
  • Capacity for managing multiple tasks and deadlines,
  • Proficiency in document management systems,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
