Position: Assistant DirectorJob Type: Office Based 10am to 7pmLocation: IslamabadReports to: DirectorJob Summary:The Assistant Director (AD) plays a crucial role in coordinating the film set, managing daily operations, and supporting the director's vision. The AD will be responsible for ensuring smooth production workflow, maintaining schedules, and managing on-set activities.Responsibilities:Assist the director with pre-production planning, including schedule creation and script breakdowns.Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth and efficient set operations.Maintain production timelines, ensuring all scenes are shot as per the schedule.Manage on-set logistics, including setting up shots, managing crew, and overseeing safety protocols.Handle daily call sheets, schedules, and reports, keeping the team informed.Support talent and crew, ensuring everyone is briefed on their tasks.Qualifications:Previous experience as an AD or in a similar role within film production.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with call sheet software and production management tools.Mombati Films is a creative production agency dedicated to telling captivating stories through the lens of history, art, and culture.
