Home Manager Maypole Care Home (Southampton, SO30 4FS) Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week Up to £80,000 (including a 30% Management Bonus + fabulous Bupa benefits & private healthcare) Bonus guaranteed for the first 6 months! As a Home Manager at Maypole Care Home, you will be entrusted with the wellbeing of our residents, leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional care. Your Role: As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance.
