Job Specification: Microsoft Sales Specialist – Account Executive Location: Hybrid, London Industry: Leading Microsoft Value-Added Reseller (VAR) About the Role Our client, a top-tier Microsoft partner, is looking for a results-oriented Microsoft Sales Specialist – Account Executive with a focus on new logo acquisition . This role is central to driving the company’s growth in Microsoft solutions, with the goal of identifying and converting new business opportunities. While the primary focus is on securing new clients, you will also manage and expand any existing or former relationships with Microsoft customers to maximise potential. Key Responsibilities New Logo Acquisition
- Develop and execute a strategy to identify, approach, and secure new clients for Microsoft solutions, focusing on achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their technology needs, positioning Microsoft products and services as solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Nurture existing Microsoft client relationships, re-engaging with any former contacts to unlock potential growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Microsoft solutions where appropriate.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new and potential clients, tracking progress through each stage of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, presentations, and proposals that align with client needs.
- Stay up-to-date on Microsoft’s latest products, offerings, and market trends, using this knowledge to support sales discussions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Leverage the company’s strong Microsoft partnership to enhance credibility and drive co-selling opportunities.
- Proven track record in new business sales within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally in an Account Executive or similar role.
- Experience working within a VAR environment , with a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions and services.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both new and existing clients, with a focus on high-impact solutions selling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.
