- Business Development Manager

- £50,000 - £60,000 basic with £40,000 OTE uncapped
- Company Car / Salary Sacrifice Scheme

- Proven business development and networking skills
- Demonstrated experience of exceeding individual or targets / KPI’s
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role
- Demonstrated ability to present confidently and professionally in a variety of settings
- Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
- Ability to understand customer’s needs and consistently adapt products/services offering to attract and/or retain new/existing customers
