You will have need to have managed large marketing budgets in excess of £10million. Pulse Recruit are are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving brand visibility and customer engagement as our client (an e-commerce Fashion marketplace) embark on an exciting journey to redefine the retail landscape. The role is to head up the marketing efforts reporting directly in to the head of E-commerce. This person will be responsible for a wide range of marketing initiatives and will also be responsible for growing out a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead innovative digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, paid search campaigns, and compelling social media outreach.
- Craft and manage engaging email marketing campaigns while generating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and implement an impactful loyalty programme designed to reward our loyal customers, carefully monitoring performance and optimising based on customer insights.
- Uphold a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and deftly managing brand reputation.
- Formulate customer acquisition strategies to attract new clientele while enhancing retention through tailored programmes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budget management, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise marketing ROI.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and measurement tools.
- Experience in growth marketing, managing loyalty programs, and a flair for creating impactful strategies to boost brand engagement.
- A natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of guiding a motivated team towards success.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics software is essential.
- Prior experience within the fashion industry is a plus.
- Experience managing substantial budgets, ideally over £10 million.
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and international marketing strategies would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Emarsys or Braze.
