There will be a lot of learning and sharing. It will be hard, and it will be fun. ABOUT YOUR ROLE Be the driving force behind impactful marketing strategies. As a Marketing Associate at TRIVER, you will develop and execute creative marketing strategies across multiple channels that drive brand awareness, partner engagement, and customer acquisition. This role is ideal for a versatile creative marketer who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, has a get-it-done attitude, and is passionate about supporting small businesses through innovative financial solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with all other TRIVER teams, especially with Product, Analytics, Sales, and Operations. You’ll drive scaling TRIVER’s marketing efforts and contribute to our growth. This role is directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. Key responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs by deeply understanding their behaviour and how TRIVER product can help them to create data-driven stories and content to drive conversion
- Drive impactful go-to-market product/feature launches by owning development of audience strategy, messaging, and communication strategies
- Plan and execute research plans in collaboration with Product to uncover customer insights, steer and validate the product and marketing roadmaps, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
- Develop and deliver market-leading strategies and campaigns to drive engagement across the entire funnel, from acquisition to retention
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy
- Analyze marketing funnel performance and campaign results, recommending adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Lead marketing efforts for existing and new strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with partner goals and strengthening relationships.
- Develop and execute direct campaigns collaborating with analysts and coordinating creative development with external resources
- Support the creation and development of new distribution and marketing channels.
- Are a native English speaker or bilingual
- Have 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to campaign execution, partnership marketing, or customer engagement.
- Are familiar with data-driven marketing approaches and comfortable collaborating with analysts to refine targeting and measure success
- Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at creating compelling content and managing stakeholder relationships
- Are experienced with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.

- Experience in fintech or financial services marketing, especially to small businesses
- Experience in setting strategic direction and project managing complex campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
- Experience in partnership development, management, or B2B marketing strategies
- A track record of success with developing and executing direct marketing initiatives
