A leader in the EdTech space, offering a vast set of products used by schools in more than 70 countries! What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Forming part of the escalation support to the team for customer-related issues
- Contribute towards technical initiatives and ensure the team adapts to evolving customer and business needs.
- Focus on enhancing automation and process controls to improve both quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) for products and services are met
- Contributing to the application of product updates, maintain production system backups, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Experience within a SRE position
- Windows Server
- AWS (particularly CDK - Cloud Development KIT)
- TypeScript/Python (Web-application maintenance)
- Terraform experience would be ideal!
- Competitive base-salary of up to £70k
- Remote working available
