E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at Quaine Group. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels to drive growth and enhance customer experience. You will have hands-on project involvement under direct communication and guidance from the management. What you'll be doing

1. Handle customer sales inquiries and after-sales service across e-commerce platforms to ensure a professional and positive shopping experience.
2. Manage daily order processing tasks including fulfilment, delivery schedules, and payments.
3. Keep track of product inventory and stock management.
4. Execute promotional campaigns and content marketing to drive traffic and grow presence.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates' applications are welcomed.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
4. Acquaintance with content creation and management.
5. Self-motivated with attention to detail.
6. Great communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of Art and Adobe Software, such as Illustrator or Photoshop will be an advantage.
