Job Title: President

About the Role:

The President will oversee the business affairs of a fast-growing company, reporting to the CEO. This individual will develop and implement an effective business development plan, collaborate with executives to create strategic plans for business growth, communicate goals to the team, and guide them to success.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate senior management by establishing priorities, goals, and resourcing plans that foster a unified culture and aligned business units.
2. Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
3. Drive clarity and alignment through the organization using OKRs or MBOs.
4. Develop high-performing teams across business units capable of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services, and partners.
5. Own performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans.
6. Implement strategic and operational plans to ensure facilities, systems, procedures, staffing, support services, and capacity are available when needed.
7. Lead planning and management meetings for coordinated effort priorities.
8. Define, build, and manage a scalable and flexible business unit structure.
9. Plan and coordinate all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
10. Create a culture of metrics-driven accountability.
11. Evaluate branding and marketing programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role within a technology-based organization or digital marketing agency.
2. Thorough understanding of ecommerce technology within B2B and B2C environments.
3. Experience in digital marketing, technology, and ecommerce domain is essential.
4. Demonstrable understanding of Shopify.
5. Strong communication, leadership, delegation, time management, negotiation, mediation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
