Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Experience: 2-3 Years in Recruitment Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with our organisational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
  1. Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
  • Source candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
  1. Screening & Interview Coordination:
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels, ensuring timely feedback and decision-making.
  1. Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely offer rollouts.
  1. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
  • Track key metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the hiring process.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment across various roles and industries.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
