Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior HR Manager for our Kochi office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing various HR functions including hiring, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and overall talent management. Your role will be crucial in sustaining Eloit's status as a global leader in the Edtech space. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage day-to-day tasks related to hiring, including the recruitment and selection process to ensure high calibre talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, training, and development.
• Oversee performance management processes and implement effective succession planning strategies.
• Drive talent management initiatives to align with Eloit's strategic objectives.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Maintain compliance with legal and company HR policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement best practices in talent management.
• Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
