Partnerships Manager (University Alliances)

Responsibilities

• Meet with the Directors, Principals & Chancellors of colleges and universities
• Build and manage a nationwide sales team for onboarding colleges
• Build a rapidly growing & scaling team to acquire colleges at rocket speed.
• Create a sales playbook, and set up infrastructure & processes in place to scale.
• Revamp the college infrastructure and build a gamified technology for colleges
• Onboard Tier 1 - Tier 3 colleges & universities across the nation.
• Sign partnerships & MOUs with colleges.
• Grow into the role to potentially become a VP of Business - B2B
• Help colleges rebuild their infrastructure at lightning-fast speeds.
• Cohort-based analysis, seeing through the data & analytics
• Working on the college product and executing activities on college campuses.

• Passion for communicating with people
• 3+ Year experience in Business & Sales
• Completed graduation
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills
• Public Speaking skills
• Attention to detail & analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of technology
• Leadership & Team building skills
