The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR-related duties to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes for hotel staff, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure all HR paperwork is processed.
• Manage employee records and update HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
• Provide support for employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Maintain a positive work environment and contribute to the development of a healthy organizational culture.

• Proven experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
