Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP). The successful candidate will help build state-of-the-art NLP and generative AI models, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in natural language understanding and intelligent data extraction. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge solutions in the domain of language models and information retrieval. Key Responsibilities: · Design and implement AI models for text classification, NER, and other advanced use cases · Develop and deploy systems to extract structured information from unstructured text across multiple domains. · Build end-to-end NLP pipelines, including data ingestion, pre-processing, fine-tuning, and evaluation. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI solutions into existing workflows, ensuring they align with business goals. · Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and low-latency inference in production environments. · Drive innovation by experimenting with LLMs and SLMs for different use cases. Basic Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution. ● 5+ years of experience in ML and NLP, with a deep understanding of Generative AI and NLP techniques ● Strong experience with transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, T5, or other LLMs ● Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with large-scale dataset handling and pre-processing, including techniques for managing unstructured data. · Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and managing AI models (SLMs and LLMs)· Strong knowledge of embedding techniques, text classification, and information retrieval · Experience working with multilingual NLP models and applications. · Familiarity with MLOps for model monitoring, logging, and deployment. · Understanding of ethics and bias mitigation in AI.
