Note : As part of the L1 round, candidates will be required to solve a LeetCode assessment in live. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and testing code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining technical features, working closely with Scrum Masters (SMs) to understand business requirements and break down stories into executable tasks within an agile framework. Key Responsibilities: Software Development & Maintenance: Write, test, and deploy code to implement required features Debug and resolve software defects to ensure seamless performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time Agile Execution & Collaboration: Align with Senior Developers on story scope and approach Ask questions and seek clarification on unclear requirements or implementation details Ensure timely completion of Merge Requests (MRs) and escalate when needed Code Reviews & Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and offer feedback to peers Actively contribute to the improvement of development processes Technical Skills Required: Java Spring Boot Java Swing Struts Docker Kubernetes Security Integration and Identity Management System Configuration (preferred not mandatory) DevOps Gitlab and AWS Cloud formation preferred Eventing Systems Kafka and SQS preferred AWS Cloud Technologies Integrations SMS and Automated Call Systems preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in software development using the above technologies Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment WHO WE ARE: Credera is a full-service management consulting, user experience, and technology solutions firm, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging industry leaders Credera has received a number of state and national awards!
