The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of extensive experience in industrial projects, showcasing expertise in planning, design, execution, and project management. This role demands a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of industrial civil engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and clients.

• Provide technical guidance for structural designs, site layouts, and material selection.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.

• Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and resolve construction issues.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to meet project objectives.
• Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and documentation.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Address engineering challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in industrial civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and environmental considerations specific to industrial projects.

• Experience with greenfield and brownfield industrial developments.
• Familiarity with advanced construction techniques and technologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or structural engineering is a plus.
