We offer Sales Consulting, Sales Enablement, and Sales Recruitment Services to customers across PAN India. Job Title: Recruitment Consultant As a Recruitment Consultant at Sales & Profit, you will play a pivotal role in solving our customers’ sales talent challenges. By understanding role expectations, sourcing the right candidates, and managing the hiring process end-to-end, you will ensure successful placements that drive revenue for the organization. Location: Mumbai or Bangalore or Remote Key Responsibilities  Collaborate with customers to understand their sales talent requirements and provide market insights.  Source and headhunt candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and professional networks.  Assess candidates for role fitment, focusing on their ability to deliver high-performance outcomes in sales.  Screen candidates and present detailed profiles to hiring managers.  Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.  Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate revenue through recruitment services. Qualifications and Skills  Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.  Experience: Minimum 2 years in talent hiring; preference is given to those with sales hiring experience (not mandatory).  Skills: o Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS systems. o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Understanding of sales profiles and market intelligence. o Analytical thinking to evaluate hiring trends.
