- Should be able to make EDR style foods, with upscale menu planning, food presentations and should know western dishes.
- HM graduate with 5 star experience – min 5 to 6 years, should have experience in Hotel Banquet kitchens.
- Abroad experience is welcome.
- Standalone specialty restaurant experience is welcome
- Should know Western, Mediterranean, Thai, Pan Asian culinary dishes ( at least any two cuisines )
- Should know Mono presentation of starters, salads
- Should have knowledge of Modern fusion cuisine
- 5+ years of experience as a CDP or similar role in a Multi-cuisine restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian curries, bulk cooking techniques, and multi-cuisine expertise preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and special events.
