You will be playing an integral part in reviewing Hong Kong common law legal documents. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders - then this role is for you! What you'll do:

• Drafting and reviewing Hong Kong Common Law legal documents.
• Conduct thorough research on various legal regulations and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Assisting in contract management and compliance matters.

Requirements Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Proficient in written English and Chinese .
• 1+ year of legal department experience.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Common Law and labor law.
• Experience in trademark searching.
• Skilled in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing and Excel.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
