Job Description: Senior Business Development Manager Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai Experience: 15+ years total, with  minimum 5 years in an advertising agency We are urgently hiring a  Senior Business Development Manager to generate leads, onboard clients, and bring in  established brands . We are not seeking candidates with limited experience in selling one or two services. This role demands a deep understanding of the advertising agency landscape and the ability to secure high-value clients. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. • Onboard clients and nurture long-term relationships. • Focus on acquiring  good brands for the agency. • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings. Requirements: • Minimum 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a leading advertising agency . • Proven track record of bringing in top-tier clients or brands. • Strong understanding of advertising agency operations and services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
