Company: Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sector 81, NSEZ, Noida Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 years in IT Infrastructure Hiring Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process , from sourcing the candidates till their final selection and on boarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through stakeholder management to meet business objectives.
- Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Draft detailed and effective job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, technical competencies, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person) with hiring managers.
- Present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and facilitate seamless communication throughout the process.
- Extend job offers and handle all necessary documentation to onboard new hires.
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports detailing talent acquisition metrics and progress.
- Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers for effective planning and execution.
- Must have Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, business, HR or a related field, preferably from premiere institute.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT Recruitment for Technology: Cloud, Network, Windows, VMWare, Desktop Engineers, Java, front end, backend, full stack, Angular, Cloud Technologies, Cloud Architect, Presales, Solution Architect, Drupal and other IT Infra technologies.
- Must have exp in technical recruitment for Cloud, Datacenter, Networking, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Presales and Sales role.
- Must have Technical Understanding of Technology, IT products, Cloud, Data Center Solution.
- Dynamic, Confident, Good Communication skills.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards /portals.
- Deadline driven, with good time management to balance competing demands.
