Job Title: Research Scientist – Correlative Science Coordinator in AML (Leukemia) Company: Dava Oncology & Arog Pharmaceuticals Location: Remote (India) About Us: At Dava Oncology, we are dedicated to advancing the science of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) through innovative research and collaboration. We are seeking an experienced research scientist to lead and coordinate correlative science initiatives focused on AML and our investigational drug, Crenolanib. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee basic science research activities related to AML and Crenolanib.
- Identify and collaborate with commercial and academic laboratories for:
- MRD testing
- Single-cell sequencing
- Genome profiling
- Epigenetic analysis
- Manage sample logistics, including preparation, shipment, and tracking.
- Retrieve, analyze, and interpret reports generated by partner laboratories.
- Summarize findings and prepare research summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between research teams and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate findings into broader research strategies.
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Hematology, Oncology) with 4-5 years of experience in AML or leukemia research.
- Hands-on experience coordinating research projects, particularly in leukemia.
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex datasets and summarize findings effectively.
- Expertise in bioinformatics and data analysis related to single-cell sequencing, genome profiling, or epigenetics.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals within the leukemia or bioinformatics field.
- Experience working with patient-derived samples.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., R, Python) and bioinformatics tools.
- Detailed CV highlighting relevant experience.
- A summary of prior research projects, particularly those involving AML, leukemia, or bioinformatics coordination.
- A list of publications or project summaries showcasing experience in leukemia or bioinformatics-related fields.
