Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Azure) Location: Coimbatore, Chennai (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3-8 Years Job Description: GuideLite AI, a cutting-edge AI platform that helps enterprises create and deploy AI assistants, is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support our AI-powered platform. This is a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our systems as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure to support the GuideLite AI platform.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment, testing, and monitoring across multiple environments.
• Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Implement monitoring tools to ensure system performance, availability, and security. Identify bottlenecks and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Infrastructure as Code: Use tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates for infrastructure automation and management.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices for cloud security and compliance, including monitoring, access control, and encryption.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, data, and product teams to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Automation: Drive continuous improvement by automating manual processes, improving system reliability, and minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments quickly and effectively.

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer , with a strong focus on Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps , Jenkins , or GitHub Actions .
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform , ARM templates , or Pulumi .
• Solid knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor , Prometheus , Grafana ) and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure Security best practices, including identity management , firewall rules , and encryption .
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell , Bash , or Python .
• Experience with version control systems like Git and best practices for code repositories.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed, high-availability environment.

• Azure Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert , Azure Solutions Architect ).
• Experience working with AI or ML platforms in a DevOps capacity.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of best practices for cloud cost optimization .
