- Location: Onsite P Block, Model Town, Lahore
- Job Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM onsite (or may be changed according to the company requirements)
- Salary: Market-competitive (subject to evaluation during the interview).
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen company branding on social media platforms.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Support other HR functions as required.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with experience in managing and enhancing social media branding.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
