- Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS on the backend and React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB and SQL to design and implement efficient data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- Expertise in NodeJS and/or ReactJS/VueJS/AngularJS in one of these frameworks.
- Experience with MongoDB/SQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL in one of these technologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to learn VueJS.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience in leading small projects or features
- Any educational background is acceptable. We value skills and experience over formal education.
