- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (Salesforce Admin Certification is a must).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other key Salesforce functionalities.
- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analysis in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst is a plus.
- Experience in third-party tool integrations and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of data migration and ETL processes.
