Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design Leadership: Lead UI/UX design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring designs are user-centric and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring ideas to life.
• User Research: Understand user behavior, gain expertise in stock trading and investment platforms, and stay informed on emerging trends in financial technology and user preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to define, document, and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs to ensure product excellence.
• Innovation: Design innovative user interactions for key workflows and recommend UI improvements for all digital products.
• Documentation: Translate requirements into user flows and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and of the highest quality.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design ideas.
• Ability to balance innovation with user-centered design principles.
• A passion for staying informed on the competitive landscape and UX trends.
• Prior experience in a FinTech startup or a related industry is highly desirable.
