AWS + Network + Firewall Admin-4TO8YRS-Bangalore Job Description -

• Preferred to be CCNA certified or at least CCNA Trained.
• Preferred certifications on Firewall (Fortigate or any)
• Any AWS cloud Certification is an added advantage.

• Minimum 4 and up to 10 years of experience in Network and Firewalls Administration
• Good knowledge in Networking, LAN, WAN, VLAN, etc., concepts.
• Good knowledge on FortiGate Firewalls or equivalent firewall types.
• Experience in last mile access network and network elements, routers, firewalls.
• Troubleshooting firewall, switches, routers, VPN, etc., errors.
• Experience on AWS Network is a must.
• Reviewing error logs and user-reported errors.
• Should have problem-solving skills and experience in IP networking and static routing, SSH, SM TP, DNS, DHCP.
• Respond to alerts and fix them permanently.
• Working on RCAs and permanent fixes.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Willingness to be part of on call team.
• Should have 3+ yrs. of working experience in AWS cloud environment.
• Experience with AWS services such as VPC, Direct Connect, VPN, Transit Gateway, and EC2, demonstrating the ability to design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and OSPF, emphasizing their application in AWS environments.
• Familiarity with network security best practices in AWS, including the management of Network Access Control Lists, Security Groups, and the implementation of AWS security features such as AWS Network Firewall, AWS WAF.
