Technical Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, overseeing project execution, and ensuring that technical standards and best practices are adhered to. Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high-quality code and technical documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to challenges faced by the development team.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and frameworks that can enhance our development processes.
• Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members, promoting professional growth and skill development within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
• Hands on knowledge of databases, Microservices, full stack web application development and their integration with platform applications like AD, LDAP, certificate services, email etc;
• Specific competencies required in building applications using ELK stack, Neo4J graph databases, PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, Java, Python, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
