Responsibilities: Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, communities. Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications following best practices and governor limits. Hands on experience on salesforce digital experience tools - Einstein Bots, SMS, Chat. Service cloud good to have Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including: Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports Writing documents and providing technical training for the Salesforce team. Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. Required Skills 7-12 yrs experience in sales force developer Proficient in Lightning Web Component (2+ years) , Apex, JavaScript, CSS and VisualForce. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and communities/Experience cloud . Salesforce Certifications - Platform Developer I and II (Mandatory), Data Cloud, AI and JavaScript (Good to have ) Deployment using the Copado tool is a plus. Good communication skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
