Mobile Device Management Experience: 6 - 12 Years Location: Hyderabad Job description Device Enrollment and Tracking: Enrolling new mobile devices into the MDM system, tracking their location, and maintaining a detailed inventory of all company-issued devices. Security Policy Enforcement: Implementing and managing security policies like password complexity, device encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and application restrictions to protect sensitive data on lost or stolen devices. Application Management: Distributing, updating, and removing applications on mobile devices, ensuring only approved apps are installed. Configuration Management: Setting up device configurations like network settings, email accounts, and access controls for different user groups. Compliance Monitoring: Regularly checking devices for compliance with company security policies and industry regulations. Remote Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving device issues remotely, including software updates, application conflicts, and connectivity problems. User Support: Providing technical support to employees regarding mobile device usage and troubleshooting basic issues. Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports on device usage, security risks, and compliance status to identify potential issues and inform decision-making. Patch Management: Ensuring mobile devices receive timely software updates and security patches. Vendor Management: Evaluating and managing relationships with MDM software providers to ensure optimal functionality and support. Important aspects of MDM: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Managing a mix of personal and company-owned devices while maintaining appropriate security measures. Endpoint Management: Integrating MDM with other endpoint management tools to provide a unified view of all devices within an organization.
