Job description Position: Factory Manager Industry: Calcium Carbonate Manufacturing Experience: 15+ Years Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh Company: Himachal Polyolefins Ltd. (50-Year-Old Reputed Organization) Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process of calcium carbonate, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and supervise factory staff, fostering a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize output.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Manage resources effectively, focusing on cost control and productivity enhancement.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline raw material procurement and inventory management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and quality.
- Monitor factory budgets and financial performance to achieve organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) are mandatory.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in a managerial role in calcium carbonate or similar manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in resource management and team supervision.
- Annual CTC: ₹800000-10,00,000
- Accommodation and pick-up/drop transport services will be provided at Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh.
