- Minimum Two End to End implementation experience in SF ONB 2.0
- Deep understanding in ONB 2.0 module
- Well versed with Onboarding portlet configuration
- Email configuration
- Hands on experience on Global & local forms configuration
- Certification in SF Employee Central
- Good to have knowledge on RCM
- Integration knowledge including EC, RCM and third party
- Knowledge of Docu-sign
- Should have experience on Notifications and Audit trails
- Design, Implement and Support solutions for complex HCM business processes
- Gathering document requirements, configuration decisions, Preparing the configuration workbooks
- Provide Post-implementation support services including Incident Management, Release Management, and Enhancement requests
- Knowledge of OnB 1.0 is an added advantage
- Well versed with SAP implementation methodology
