Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Manager role at Design Elementary, located in Bengaluru. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as OSP management, Team handling & achieve sales targets. You will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Day to Day reports.
Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Sales skills
  • OSP (Outsource partner/BPO Management) must.
  • Strong customer satisfaction and account management abilities
  • Experience in outbound sale calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, with at least 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Team management & strategy
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
